I am Amy Johnston

 

I empower women in their 30s and beyond to take control of their fitness, health, and metabolism. I teach you how to tune into your body's feedback so you can live your best life.

 

I specialize in providing solutions and guidance for women who struggle to lose excess fat while maintaining muscle. My workouts are specifically designed to address these challenges.

 

As a mom of three busy kids (now an empty nester) and an experienced fitness coach, I’ve witnessed the unique fitness struggles that many women face as they age.

 

Throughout my years as a fitness studio trainer, I noticed a concerning trend; many studios prioritize profits over their clients' well-being. I saw clients pressured into expensive memberships, resulting in burnout and self-sabotage. The pressure to attend numerous classes often led to overtraining without delivering the promised results.

 

My approach is different. I focus on creating effective, customized workouts specifically tailored for women in my age group to help you thrive, not just survive, in your fitness journey. Let's redefine health together!

 

 

My competitors often miss the crucial foundation needed for effective fitness programs.

 

They don't provide the necessary education on how rest, our nervous system, and hormones play a role in maximizing results—especially for women. They overlook the importance of shorter, intense workouts aimed at providing the most benefits while understanding the unique challenges we face as aging women and busy moms.

I have always been motivated to do workouts at home. However, I am now even more motivated to do Amy’s workouts three days a week—for me, they are very challenging, interesting, fun, and diverse.
